HOW TO USE :
1. Rotate the eyebrow pencil out by about
2mm. Do not rotate out too long to avoid breaking the pen.
2. Outline brow shape along the growing direction of the brows, starting from 1/3 of eyebrows and blend it for whole brows.
3. Fill in sparse areas
4. Comb up using the brow brush for a more defined look.
